Praise God from whom all blessings flow. After 879 days, we have officially been approved for our church building project. Thank you to all who prayed, gave, encouraged, inquired, and prayed some more. We are extremely excited; and although we know it is a massive undertaking, we are very eager to begin.
In October, Tim was keynote speaker for the inauguration of the "Antioch training center for new missionaries". This is a partnership with the Brazilian mission agency with which Tim serves. As seen in the pictures, there were over 550 people in attendance and much excitement in the air! We are praying about their invitation to be one of the rotating professors for module style courses that they hope to offer at the training center.

October was also global missions month at our church, and each week focused on a different region of the world and their needs. One major area of prayer focus was our own church plant that we are working with 30 minutes away. What a blessing it was to see many people involved and excited about reaching the world and our own backyard with the Gospel!

In addition to church ministries, Andrea has been developing a ministry proposal for our partnership with the orphanage, and it has been approved by the church and the orphanage to move forward for 2026. She has also worked with a ministry partner to get verse cards and praying through the Scripture resources produced and in the hands of pastors' wives and other ministry partners.
Another ministry focus is investing in our leaders and living life together as a means of mentoring and discipleship. We have had many meetings and social activities to continue to foster these relationships after our return from furlough. Pictured below on the right is Tim's ICU nurse and her new baby Moriah. She named her baby girl after our daughter Moriah citing that God changed her life through our providential meeting as she cared for Tim back in 2021.
During our church family Thanksgiving meal and service last Saturday, we were surprised by a special recognition and video messages highlighting our 25 years of missionary service in Brazil. It was a precious time as we reflected and directed all praise and honor to our Lord Jesus Christ!
As this semester draws to a close, Tim will finish teaching at the seminary next week and begin the process of overseeing our building project. We cherish your prayers and are so grateful for your genuine love and care for our family and ministry. May this year's end be full of joy and purpose as we serve the King of Kings!
